at present people barely sleep because the spend too much time working. That is why most of us need a cup or more of a caffeinated beverage in order to keep us going. It has been believed that caffeine can helps us stay awake and alert. This it the reason why people drink caffeinated beverages twice a day. caffeinated beverages are the best friends of every student. These people are often seen in coffee shops sipping a cup of espresso.
people will always differ in the things they prefer some people like their coffees hot others like it cold. There are also some who prefer it a bit more concentrated like espresso. In simpler terms though espresso is concentrated coffee which is made by forcing hot water through finely ground coffee beans and because of espresso is usually used a base for some caffeinated beverages.
A cup of espresso or espresso based beverage can already jump start your day keeps you going. Just remember not to drink too much or else you might find yourself unable to sleep at all.
